A motivational session with arrow breaking to close the conference in style
Survivorbility MD Martyn Helliwell was invited to close the conference with a 1 hour (reduced to 30 minutes!) motivational session. Delegates bent steel bars, broke wooden arrows on their throats and even punched through 1" wooden boards. Motivational by any means and the delegates certainly departed hyper and ready to take on the world!
